The Emergency Bandage (also known as the Israeli Bandage) combines several wound-treatment functions into a single unit and is suitable for managing serious bleeding injuries, including those resulting from pruning saw or chainsaw cuts:
- Non-adherent pad: Helps prevent the dressing from adhering to the wound, reducing the risk of pain and reopening the wound during removal
- Pressure applicator: Applies immediate direct pressure to the wound site
- Secondary sterile dressing: Helps keep the wound area clean while maintaining the pad and pressure firmly in place, including when immobilising an injured limb or body part
- Closure bar: Secures the Emergency Bandage at any point and on different parts of the body without pins, clips, tape, hook-and-loop fasteners or knots
- Quick and easy application: Allows straightforward application by a first-aid-trained responder and can also facilitate self-application
- Single-unit system: Combines multiple wound-treatment functions to help reduce treatment time and the amount of separate first aid equipment required
Ease of Operation: The Emergency Bandage combines a sterile dressing, pressure applicator and closure system to help control serious bleeding:
- Place the sterile, non-adherent pad directly over the wound
- Wrap the elasticated bandage over the top of the dressing pad and engage it with the integrated pressure bar
- Reverse the direction of the bandage around the limb or body part and pull firmly over the pressure bar to apply direct pressure to the wound
- Continue wrapping to maintain pressure and secure the dressing in position
- Cover the edges of the pad with subsequent wraps to help maintain the sterile dressing over the wound
- Secure the bandage using the closure bar at the end of the elasticated wrap
- If additional pressure is required, reposition the closure bar between previous layers directly above the pressure bar and rotate it to increase pressure before securing the dressing

Non-Returnable Items: Due to safety and hygiene reasons, PPE gear that has been opened, used, or worn cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, helmets, lanyards, harnesses, friction cords and ropes.

Defective Products: Items with manufacturer defects can be returned or exchanged within the warranty period, regardless of packaging status. Please contact customer service for return authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Documentation Required: Proof of purchase and return authorization are required for all returns.
