TREETOOLS TRADE SHOP 2025 - 2026 HOURS

Every year, the New Zealand tree care industry all but shuts down over the Christmas-New Year period… and we think it's a great idea.

The Treetools Trade Shop will officially close for the 2025 business year on Friday, 19 December, and re-open on Monday, 12 January 2026. Friday, 19 December 2025, is the last day of shipping for the year.

TREETOOLS - ORDER DISPATCH

There may be some disruption with internet orders placed during the holiday period, but we'll endeavor to get parcels shipped as soon as the courier companies come back online in the New Year. All Treetools web orders placed during the 2025-26 Christmas/New Year holiday period (from Friday, December 19, 2025, until Monday, January 12, 2026) will not ship until the Treetools warehouse re-opens on Monday, January 12, 2026.

TREETOOLS - ORDER PICK-UP

Treetools Trade Shop and warehouse in East Tamaki is closed from Friday, December 19, 2025, until Monday, January 12, 2026.

TREETOOLS - SPLICING and SEWN TERMINATIONS

Splicing or sewn termination services will not be available during the Christmas/New Year period. And, there may be delays early in the New Year until the team catches up on backorders.
