Rock Exotica Rescue Eight Descender is a traditional figure-eight device designed for controlled descents and added friction in demanding applications. It is machined from a solid block of T6 aluminium. This delivers strength and durability. The Rescue Eight Descender features precision-milled edges and flat, uniform surfaces on both sides for consistent rope contact and wear. Integrated side ears allow additional friction wraps, giving better control when managing heavier loads or faster descents. It suits ropes up to 13 mm (single) or 10.5 mm (double). The device offers a 22 kN breaking strength in a robust 181 g package. The overall dimensions are 152 mm high and 158 mm wide. This makes it a reliable, no-nonsense descender for rescue and rigging use.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to safety and hygiene reasons, PPE gear that has been opened, used, or worn cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, helmets, lanyards, harnesses, friction cords and ropes.

Defective Products: Items with manufacturer defects can be returned or exchanged within the warranty period, regardless of packaging status. Please contact customer service for return authorization (RMA) and instructions.
