Many arborists configure crane tie points on the fly from existing equipment. Now, NOTCH has brought a purpose-built Crane Tie-in point to the market. Utilising industry recognised Sterling TriTech doubled rope with Rope Logic sewn terminations, further protected with a nylon chafe sleeve, combined with NOTCH WearSafe steel rings and a 3-inch ISC Steel Ring. The CNC turned NOTCH WearSafe rings used on the Crane Tie-In feature a wear indicator mark for increased safety and ease of inspection along with a 33% larger bend radius for easier rope management. In geotechnical work, you can also use the NOTCH Crane Tie-In, where securing the anchor point might be a little rough, for example, a rock or steel piton. Fully retrievable, not unlike a traditional friction saver.
