The DMM AmericanO is slightly larger than the classic DMM Ultra O; it shares stable loading characteristics but offers more volume to users. The addition of the AmericanO to the DMM oval connector range means we have the compact PerfectO, the industry-standard Ultra O, and the larger AmericanO. The removeable captive bar allows you to lock the carabiner in place at the end of a lanyard or in other configurations where there is a risk of cross-loading. In addition, the added length and larger inner volume of the AmericanO can be helpful in specific setups. Made in Wales.
