Treescape's Shaun Hardman jumps five spots in Top 20

Treescape's Shaun Hardman jumps five spots in Top 20

Richard Tregoweth - Monday, April 23, 2012

Neal Harding has updated the NZ Arbor Top 20 climber rankings to include all qualifying events up to the early March Auckland Regional TCC.

Jawand Nga Chun retains top position going into the 2012 Asia-Pacific Regional TCC this weekend in Hobart.

Treescape climber Shaun Hardman has jumped from tenth spot up to number five. Rope Wrencher Guy Clark along with Nicky Ward-Allen, Johno Smith and Zane Wedding are also up a few places in the Top 20

Newcomers to the local TCC, Chris White and Lin Wah Ling have also jumped up the rankings with significant placings.

Positions change according to points achieved by climbers in individual competitions. Climb consistently and enter as many comps as you can if you want to make it into the Top 20 (and hold your position).

Shaun should be pretty pleased with this NZ Arbor Top 20 ranking.

Treetools spoke with him briefly following the 2012 Auckland Regional TCC in Western Park and he was not too happy with his performance on the day.

Obviously, it pays to look at the bigger picture.
