Treemagineers to visit New Zealand

Treemagineers to visit New Zealand

Richard Tregoweth - Wednesday, March 09, 2011

Rick Mexted, President of the NZAA, has called in a few favors from his old mates the Treemagineers to have them visit New Zealand following the Sydney Worlds in July.

The gear developed by Treemagineers over the last few years, in association with DMM and Teufelberger, has changed forever the way trees are climbed.

Treemagineers Mark Bridge and Chris Cowell will present workshops over the three days of August 2, 3, 4, in Hamilton.

Day one will discuss Advanced Climbing Techniques, day two Aerial Rescue and day three New Climbing Techniques, Materials and Products for the Tree Climber.

According to Rick you can attend individual workshops but there will be overlap from one day to another. Booking for the three days will provide the best value for money.

These workshops are not to be missed - it is not everyday you get the opportunity to talk with these guys!

Spaces are limited to 25 on a first-come-first served basis.
