Tree felling information

Treetools have sold many copies of Jeff Jepson's new book 'To Fell a Tree'. Jeff also wrote the Tree Climbers Companion which should be compulsory reading for every arborist. To Fell a Tree is a bit more technical than his first book but anyone using a chainsaw should invest in a copy. If you haven't got the readies for this excellent book at least download the Dept of Labour/OSH Guidelines for tree felling here. It may sound a bit daunting but it covers all the necessary information - Jeff's book covers the art of tree felling in more detail.
