The Kong Futura Body is part of the new Futura system which includes the popular Kong Futura Hand Ascender and a lightweight, compact foot ascender similar to the Petzl Pantin .
The Futura Body chest rope clamp is very small and only weighs 80g. It will work on climbing rope 8mm to 12.7mm in diameter and is certified to CE EN 567 and 12841-B. The chest rope clamp market is dominated by the Petzl Croll.
