The Texora Mamba 500 mm round sling is an excellent choice for strength and versatility. The sling's construction includes a para-aramid load-bearing inner core covered by a PES elastane sheath. This design produces a 49 kN strength rating that conforms to EN standards for two-person loads. Black Mamba slings are firm and flexible, perfect for wrapping around overhead structures or reaching hard-to-access anchor points. Their high strength also allows use in a choker configuration (girth hitch). Furthermore, the absence of bulky hardware to carry and maintain makes them a convenient anchor option. The Texora Mamba slings are available in various lengths to accommodate different anchor situations and are easily transportable.

Para-aramid is a preferred material for slings due to its exceptional strength, durability, and resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and heat. This type of aramid fiber offers excellent tensile strength-to-weight ratios, making it an ideal choice for load-bearing applications such as slings. Additionally, para-aramid fibers have low stretch, which is essential for maintaining stability and reducing the risk of slippage during use. These properties make para-aramid fibers a reliable choice for slings used in demanding and high-load applications, such as in industrial and outdoor settings.
