The Stein Friction Saver, or the Cambium Saver, is built with durable steel rings for extended service life. Unlike traditional methods that involve running your climbing line over branches, this device allows your line to pass through the sturdy steel rings, significantly reducing friction and minimizing abrasion. Thanks to its straightforward design, you can easily install and retrieve the Friction Saver from the ground. Treetools even includes a Retrieval Ball for added convenience – attach the ball to your line's end and thread it through the larger steel ring while leaving the smaller one untouched. This product is CE-rated to meet the standards of EN 795B and EN 395.
