Crafted for the professional rope access technician, the CAMP Goblin Lanyard complements the CAMP Goblin, establishing the necessary separation between the climber and the safety line. The Goblin Lanyard-26 is ideal when the work area is relatively confined and you don't need a wide range of movement. Also, if there's a risk of hitting walls, edges, or other obstacles, a short lanyard can reduce the arc of motion. When precise work positioning is required, such as when doing intricate tasks or work that demands accurate placement, a Goblin Lanyard-26 can help maintain stability and capitalize on the Goblin's minimal fall arrest force, rendering a separate energy absorber unnecessary. The patented Rope Surfer enhances the Goblin's descent smoothness when threading the rope. The Goblin lanyard's design is for utilization with two locking oval steel carabiners, and it features rubber keepers that secure the connectors in place, preventing unintended rotations or cross-loading, thereby ensuring an elevated level of safety.
