PRE-CUT 80m LENGTH The choice of climbing line for SRT work positioning and access possibly plays a more significant role than the climbing system itself. The original SRT climbing lines were not built specifically for the purpose; in most cases, they just happened to have suitable characteristics. Teufelberger recognised this and set about to design 11.7mm Xstatic. With a low 1.4% elongation on a single leg, the 32-strand kernmantle construction maintains high tensile strength and roundness even when using mechanical devices. The nylon core provides a level of cushioning should a dynamic event occur. Made in the USA.
