Made by ISC Wales, manufacturers of the Rope Wrench, the Squirrel Tether is designed for low-friction ascents and optimal engagement of the Rope Wrench. Made from aluminium, the Squirrel Tether offers twist and flex in the Rope Wrench system to ensure the Rope Wrench remains in the optimal low friction position during ascent. In addition, the stopper bollard on the Squirrel keeps the Rope Wrench correctly positioned to ensure correct engagement on the rope and prevents pinching of the user's hand. The Squirrel is best used with an SRS Chest Harness for hands-free tending of the system while ascending. The lower pulley is replaceable. The secondary attachment points mean you can use the Squirrel system for rescues.
