SOLD PER METER New England's KM III Max static kernmantle is the rope of choice for the TAZ L'OV. The EN 1891A certification also makes KM III Max ideal for SRT and DbRT mixed climbing. KM III Max features Teufelberger's 1-over-1 sheath design (TPT - Twill Pattern Technology), which produces a lower coefficient of friction, significantly reducing 'drag through' on mechanical devices, and the 11.1mm diameter makes for smooth ascents and descents. The 32-braid polyamide sheath and a polyester core result in a low 1% elongation, making KM III Max feel less 'bouncy' than traditional EN 1891A climbing lines. Made in the USA.
