Eye Size:

Whiptail sewn terminations are common on eye-to-eye friction cords and rope work positioning lanyards. Sewn terminations offer superior strength retention and improve safety while allowing full use of the line eye-to-eye. Whiptail sewn terminations are ideally suited to friction cords, kernmantle ropes, as well as 'used' climbing lines, ranging 8 mm to 14 mm in diameter (custom 16 mm available on request), but all ropes can have a sewn termination. Allow 150 mm for each sewn termination. Stitched by Anna at Shift2 right here in New Zealand.
