FITS X4P3 EAR MUFFS Ear defenders must fully enclose the ears and seal against the head to perform correctly. Cracked or torn cushions or dirty foam inners do not protect the ear and need immediate replacement. Ear protector cushions and internal foam should be replaced at least twice a year (or more) for optimum hearing protection. The Peltor HYX4 Hygiene Kit is the genuine replacement part for 3M Peltor X4P3 Ear Protection. The HYX4 kit contains replacement sealing rings and muffler pads replaceable in a few easy steps.
