STEIN DEFENDER V2 Chainsaw Boot is a high-performance safety boot built for arborists and forestry professionals. It offers reliable protection, durability, and all-day comfort in demanding conditions. Certified to Class 2 chainsaw protection (24 m/s) and EN ISO 20345:2012 S3, it combines safety and performance in a practical, hard-wearing design. The upper is constructed from premium 2.5–2.6 mm Perwanger leather for excellent water repellence, breathability, and abrasion resistance. A climate-regulating waterproof membrane manages moisture and temperature. The boot features a 200 J steel toe cap and midsole penetration resistance for impact and underfoot protection. A reinforced rubber rand shields the toe and heel from knocks and wear. Underfoot, the Vibram TETON sole delivers strong traction with a bi-directional lug pattern, ensuring effective braking and stability on uneven ground. The self-cleaning tread helps reduce debris build-up. Designed for long days on the ground or in the tree, the DEFENDER V2 balances protection, grip, and comfort for professional tree work use.
