Individually tested and fully CE rated. The large gate opening on the Petzl William Ball-Lock makes it easier to clip in - an excellent companion carabiner for the Petzl Pirana. The Ball-Lock auto-locking system requires three different actions to open the carabiner (push the the green button in - turn - lift - open the gate) which is essential for arborist work but these three actions can easily be completed with one hand. Keylock nose to prevent rope snag. Excellent strength-to-weight ratio. Major axis strength 25 kN, minor axis 7 kN. Made in the USA. Individually tested - meets UIAA Standards. Certified to CE EN 362 and EN 12275.
