Petzl Eashook Open

Adding a snap hook to pre-made wire core or sewn eye rope lanyards has always presented a problem; until now. The Petzl EASHOOK OPEN carabiner is designed for use at the ends of a wire core or rope work positioning lanyard. Use the 3mm hex (supplied) to remove the 'gold' connecting shaft for direct attachment of the carabiner to the lanyard eye. If the lanyard is damaged, the snap can be reused by reversing the procedure. The automatic double-action locking system and the wide opening gate is easy to use offering excellent grip when passing anchors.
