NOTCH (Silky) Saw Head – The NOTCH Saw Head is a heavy-duty aluminium casting designed for versatility and durability in tree care applications. Featuring a wingnut and stud pattern specifically designed to attach the Hayauchi 177-02 replacement blade (please note: it is not compatible with ARS or Jameson replacement blades). The universal aluminium male ferrule is bolted to the saw head and fits the sprung female ferrules found on Jameson and NOTCH fibreglass poles, including the shorter poles used with the Big Shot. In addition to its compatibility with various poles, the saw head is equipped with a ‘hook’ feature, allowing users to pull hangers or lift ropes from a distance.
