The ISC RP705 Progress Capture Double Lock Pulley is essential for mechanical advantage systems used in tree work and rigging. The ISC RP705 Progress Capture Double Pulley optimizes mechanical advantage and locks the load in place when force is off the rope. The one-way pulley sheave with locking bearings is ideal for lifting and lowering operations. The sheaves are locked in one direction to provide maximum friction when lowering, while the wheels run freely in the opposite direction to minimize friction during lifting or hauling. The cleated cam (like that used on a foot or hand ascender) holds the load at rest. This combination of friction management ensures efficient force multiplication and secure load holding, making the ISC RP705 a reliable double pulley choice for various rigging applications.
