If you are using a traditional loop-based friction hitch system instead of a split tail or e2e friction cord, the Sirius Loop 70 makes configuring your system more straightforward and safer - no more double fisherman knots. Made from a 500 mm length of extra tough 10 mm Sirius friction cord, Whiptail stitched into a continuous loop to Teufelbergers specifications making it more reliable and compact than conventional knots. Teufelberger Sirius is a braided polyester kernmantle friction cord - abrasion-resistant and flexible at the same time. The breaking strength of the Sirius Loop was determined using the testing method to EN 566.
