The ISC HaulerBiner Compact Rescue Kit is lightweight, compact and simple to use, fully rated for lifting people. The ISC HaulerBiner has three pulley wheels incorporated into the bar of each carabiner, creating a compact and lightweight 6:1 or 7:1 (theoretical) Mechanical Advantage system. The progress capture cam is releasable under load. The kit comes complete with a two-pouch bag. The ISC HaulerBiner is load rated to 140kg, but it has an MBS of at least 16kN tested as an entire system. When fully contracted the ISC HaulerBiner is only 32cm long!
