After reading about the Nick Pott arbjobs.com visitor numbers today (a very respectable 12,000 visitors per month) we thought we'd take a look at Treetools web traffic as a point of reference.
As of today, Tuesday 21 February 2012, Treetools visitors were 12,931 for the month of February and we still have 8 days to go. Page views for February so far are a staggering 36,452 - that's heading towards 633,570 page views per annum.
About a year ago the Treetools traffic volume was so great our servers gave up the ghost and we had to upgrade. At that point Treetools was averaging close to 29,000 page views per month so thank god we bit the bullet!
Again, we have to say a big thank you to all our blog readers for the attention - the Treetools team (Richard, Karen, Anna and Johno) never imagined this level of interest in tree climbing or aerial arboriculture when we first started posting back in June 2009!
