COVID-19 Alert Level 3 August Update

Richard Tregoweth - Wednesday, August 12, 2020

Damn it. We are back to the start (almost)! And back to phone and web orders only.

Treetools Trade Shop in East Tamaki is closed until further notice, effective Wednesday 12 August. This time around, we can offer contactless 'pick-up' from Treetools warehouse inwards goods area for urgent gear requirements - phone and web sales only.

If you are in Auckland, please select 'pick-up' as the shipping option for web sales, but you will need to wait for our email to say your order is ready for collection.

Please scan the Treetools NZ COVID Tracer App QR Code at the table as you collect your order, to ensure traceability should the situation get any more pear-shaped.

We cannot provide credit card transactions at the point of sale. And don't plan to mooch around the shop looking at gear before you decide what you want. No one will be allowed past the inwards goods door.

We'll be operating with only a couple of people in dispatch and answering the phones, so there may be some delays (not up to our usual high standards).

CourierPost update

Under Level 3 Restrictions, CourierPost only receives parcels via their trucks; that is, Treetools cannot drop off packages at the CourierPost facility on Kerwyn Ave. Not having the ability to drop boxes off ourselves means daily dispatch must close at 2:30 pm each day if we are to get orders out for delivery.

Until things get sorted, we are expecting disruption to our workflows. Please be patient.
