i-Climb's Jordan Glossop takes out 2011 WA-TCC

Prolific Facebooker Jordan Glossop (i-Climb inc.com) won the men's division of the inaugural West Australian TCC over the weekend. Emma Thompson took out the woman's section - Visit the VTIO or Tree Climbing Western Australia website.

Scott Forrest and Matt Glen featured in the top five along with along with another (almost kiwi) Jeremie Thomas. Spiderjackery Joe Harris won the men's prelim events with 166.91 points.

Tree Climbing West Australia Inc. is a not-for-profit organization recently formed by members of the tree climbing community. This was their first tree climbing competition and all the climbers Treetools has spoken to who attended the event say it is one of the best they have competed in - well done TCWA!

Apparently there were also a few fun events over the weekend of activities - we hope to publish the head-to-head footlock video soon featuring Joe Harris and Scott Forrest - wearing nothing but Speedos!
